If you wish to return a pair of shoes, returns may be made at the customer’s own cost, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received — unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you may choose between:
An exchange for another available pair or size, or
A refund of the purchase price.
Please note that made-to-order items are specially produced and can only be returned or exchanged if there is a manufacturing fault.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
